Iowa has many hatcheries that sell ring necked pheasant chicks. To raise them as wild birds you need to have as little interaction with as possible. There should be books that tell how in your library.    Chris,       Do you mean you want to hunt wild birds? There are a fair nimber of planted pheasants that survive and breed in the wild.
